for the ESRA Inc. AGM

 to be held at 7.30 pm on Thursday 28th July 2011

at Knox Park as follows:

(1)        To confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting and any general meeting held  since that meeting;

(2)        To receive from the Committee reports upon the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year;

(3)        To elect the officers and ordinary members of the Committee. The nominations recieved have been as follows.

             President: Henry Rimanich.

             Vice President: Tony Gerard

             Match and Pennant Chairman: Richard Hole

             Treasurer: Robyn Kasperski.

              Secretary: Sara Alger

              General Committee:  Chai Ang, Geoff Syms

(4)        To receive and consider the statement submitted by the Association in accordance with section 30 (3) of the Act. This statement shall have been duly audited

(5)        To appoint an auditor to audit the accounts of the Association for the next financial year in accordance with rule 35.
